Product Usage

Salve

Contains Solomon’s seal, arnica, and calendula. Helps with pain and inflammation in any joint or muscle.

To Use

Apply to painful or inflamed area. Start slow (pea sized amount) and work your way up to a quarter sized amount or more.

Not suitable for ingestion.

For pelvic pain and other pelvic-related conditions like IBS, endometriosis, and painful bladder syndrome; apply a modest amount and massage gently into the area. Watch this video on how to do the ILU massage.

For genital pain: can be gently massaged into perineum area and on the external genitalia itself. Do not apply to urethra, vaginal or anal openings. See diagrams below.

Tonic

Contains Solomon’s seal, ginger, and tangerine. Helps with pain and inflammation and calms anxiety.

To Use

Start with 5 drops under the tongue at night then slowly increase to a full dropper. If it makes you fatigued, then just take at night. If you want to feel a bit of calm throughout the day, take 1/2 dropper at breakfast and lunch.

Hold for 60 seconds under tongue before ingesting.

Do not exceed more than 1 dropper full daily.

Note: Tonic has an accumulative effect so it may take 3-4 weeks before you notice a difference.

Lube

Contains willow bark and kava to decrease pain, nerve sensitivity and inflammation. Helps promote health and reduces pain during sexual activity.

To Use

People with penises: gently massage 4-5 drops around perineum and genital region. Avoid the urethral opening. Use the same amount when doing therapy techniques. Apply 10 minutes prior to sexual activity.

People with vaginas: gently dab 4-5 drops around vaginal opening from 3 to 9 o’clock. Avoid the urethral opening. Use the same amount when doing therapy techniques with wand and dilator. Apply 10 minutes prior to sexual activity.

For partners: apply 4-5 drops of the lubricant to the genital region 10 minutes prior to sexual activity and reapply 2-3 pumps directly before sexual activity if needed.

Not suitable for ingesting. Can be used daily for therapeutic healing effect.
